[Louisiana QSO Party]

The Louisiana QSO Party 2000 is now history.  We've had a great time 
putting it back together after 20 years without it.  We've learned a lot, 
and are already making a few changes to fine-tune for next year.

All received logs have been tallied, and the final results calculated.
