anyone else get as pissed off at ra0cg as  I did??

his 40m sigs were atrocious!   

he messed up at least 50khz of the cw band with spurs and clicks!
he ignored all attempts to fix jis sigs or even acknowledge he
had a problem.....many tried to tell him but he stone walled all
efforts!!

hw will the committee handle his rotten behavior??  will he be penalized
4 qso's for every one he cost me??
