[CQ-Contest] Internet/WebCam in the contest?!

Great, go for it... i have been running a 'live' webcam for the last year's 
worth of contests off and on.  there is no way it could contribute to gathering 
contacts in the contest (unless maybe you aim it right at the radio frequency 
readout from really close up).  its just a fun way for my station's operators to 
let their friends and family watch whats going on.  of course its not real time 
here either, with only a dialup connection i can only update the 2 cameras once 
every 10 minutes.
