Attaching an outboard motor to a sailboat is also a wonderful
experiment, but its completely outside the technology of
sailing,
as is a real time internet broadcase outside that of running
a contest on the shortwaves.

Competitive contesting is about you and your radio station. If
you're
competing that's all you 'd better be using.

Per part XII of the CQ WW rules:

"The use by an entrant of any non-amateur means such as
telephones, telegrams, internet, or the use of packet to SOLICIT
contacts during the contest is unsportsmanlike and the entry is
subject to disqualification. "
