[CQ-Contest] Can I use DX Cluster during the contest?

Michael,

Taking spots from the Internet is okay in the assisted category.  If you are
monitoring DX Summit for spots you are not soliciting.  Soliciting would be
getting on the Internet ASKING for information, not merely receiving it.
That is my interpretation.
