[CQ-Contest] Question

Well said, Dave about logging all contest contacts made and including
them in any log submitted. This is probably a good time to remind
everyone, particularly new contesters, to log all contacts made within
your own zone and country even though you don't need that contact for a
multiplier and it counts as zero points. Every station needs to work
each zone and each country on each band, including his/her own zone and
country. If you don't log those contacts that don't help your score,
you may deny the other station in your country or zone (or both) a
needed multiplier. It doesn't really take any time to log the same
country contact. The same advice goes for what appear to be duplicate
contacts. Maybe the other guy was calling someone else or didn't get the
info the first time so you are not really already in his log although he
is in yours. Just log the duplicate QSO and the log checking program
will give you each credit for one QSO and will ignore any duplicates.

Good luck to all. Hope band conditions remain as good for the entire
weekend as they have been for this week.

73, John, K4BAI/8P9HT, Opr this weekend at M/M station, NQ4I.
