[CQ-Contest] Submitting Cabrillo Logs for CQWWSSB

I *thought* I saw something on this reflector in the last several months
about submitting Cabrillo-format logs for CQWW, but a diligent search of
the archive fails to turn it up.  Meanwhile, the log FAQ on www.cqww.com
still reflects 1999's status, not this year.

I'd just as soon not clutter the log checkers' mailbox with superfluous
files.  Given that Cabrillo is now acceptable, and its header includes
summary information, is a separate ASCII summary sheet still required for
CQWW?
