Just out of curiosity, Ken, where is the one QSO penalty taken?  From the
QSO following the NIL QSO or from elsewhere?

If it's taken from the QSO following the NIL QSO and the to be deleted QSO
is a multiplier also, what then?  Is the penalty limited to just the QSO or
to the QSO and the mult?
