[CQ-Contest] PED/RUFZ on Win 98 Pentium?

I am running a 500 mHz Pentium III with all the bells and whistles.  Has
anyone been successful getting PED or RUFZ to work in a machine like this?
Either they won't load at all or the sound card will not work properly.

Is there such a thing as a CT simulator for Windows 95 yet?
