[CQ-Contest] CHEATING AND IRC...

I spent some time checking out the DX IRC chat rooms (you know, the ones with 
every teenager in the country/world logged into), and I was stunned at the 
number of stations pimping QSO's/Mults. Has this problem ever been addressed?
