I just tossed out 1 acre because it was what came to my head when writing
this mail.  I guess my motivation for limiting it to some amount of
property is so KT3Y and the likes would be excluded from the
category.  For those of you who don't know it, Phil contests from an all
wire station in Virginia.  Some how competing with his 3 element full
sized 40 meter yagi to Europe or his stacked 80M dipoles isn't quite what
I had in mind.   But Phil would certainly be the best example of doing a
lot with a little.
