[CQ-Contest] Bottom lines on DQ

At the very end of 1999 CQ WW DX SSB contest results, the same HG1S
operated
 by HA1TJ  is also listed as DQed  with a brief explanation : 
"single op with multiple signals & multiple time modifications".

Never buy an HA clock !
