A year ago (or maybe more), someone in the UK (I believe), was doing
some interesting work on a sort of "handicapping" system (comparing
stations and scores of "big guns" to "little pistols"). Unfortunatly, I
can't find the URL for the site.
Perhaps someone knows what I'm talking about and can repost the URL.
