	Re CC&Rs, small lots, blah blah blah ...

	Wouldn't you love to be on the PGA reflector? Don't you imagine those guys
turn themselves inside out griping about losing EVERY SINGLE WEEK to Tiger
Woods? Or maybe not ... perhaps they understand that all they might
reasonably expect is to move from 147th last year to 143rd this year ...
and that they've done damned well to achieve that.

	If CQ Magazine sent them out, I'd have certificates here ... one from
using a 100w to a 20m dipole at 15ft ... 14MHz LP high USA SSB ... in a
year when everybody entered other categories. There are already scores of
playing fields ... SB, AB, HP, LP, QRP, Assisted. Level those fields
yourself: Load up the electric fence, work three guys on 160, and win paper
for your call area.
