[CQ-Contest] Australia vs. Italy

I hereby volunteer to referee the Australia vs. Italy top-gun contester
shoot-out.  Clearly, this should take place somewhere in between the two
countries, so no contestant has a geographical advantage.  I have settled
on KP2, P4, or FR5.

This should take about a year to organize and plan, most of which time will
require my presence on site. Please send contributions to the Skippy in
Marinara Sauce DX Foundation.
