[CQ-Contest] WRTC Teams

Hi Martti.  I know of at least one person who was left out of last year's
competition who should have had a chance to participate.  This individual
did not belong to one of the contest clubs that had invitations sent to and
did not get invited by one of the chosen in that individual's continent to
be a team member.  This individual was wanted as a team member by an
individual from another continent but could not be done because WRTC rules
prohibited mixing of team members from different continents.  I believe
this is not the proper way to proceed next time and should be rectified
appropriately to get the most qualified participants.  WRTC is a "team"
championship and not a continental or country championship!

I propose that if the initial personnel are chosen as before based on
continental statistics, then team members should be available from anywhere
worldwide and not limited to the same continent.
