[CQ-Contest] Dinged Good QSOs

To show you how thorough contest judges can be, Dick, N6AA looked up my 
scores in question. He pulled up the UBN report for my 1997 CQWW CW 
effort, and found that it was reduced 60% because I missed copying the 
callsigns of two double mults.

Clearly, I've confused some contest entries. I believe my frustration 
over stateside stations not logging my QSO happened in WPX. And the score 
reduction resulting from that omission was considerably less than 60%. 
Subsequent WPX rule changes have eliminated any cause for a purposeful 
omission.

If I impugned the contest judges, my apologies. They are clearly much 
more on the ball than I am.
