What's wrong with 'accuracy-fests'?

Isn't this a dumbing down of contesting?

Go for the most contacts and to heck with accuracy?

Let's carry it a step further:

If you answer all the questions in an exam, but answer them incorrectly, you
should pass, right?

Balderdash!
