On phone, which I almost never operate anymore, it had to be Chip Margelli 
(K7JA), who at that time was K7VPF, and operating from W7RM. I can remember 
sitting (and completely breaking any 'rate' I might have ever had going), 
and listening to Chip run JA's (in Japanese) for looooong periods of time.

On CW, I think I'd have to say Nose (KH6IJ)... and maybe George (W0UA), 
both of whom I can recall listening to for much longer than I should in the 
midst of a contest.
