[CQ-Contest] Updated address stuff

Ill kinda  climb on the train W6LX has set in motion.  Now I didnt have 
a problem with my personal ticket getting upgraded (knock on wood, 
where's my 4 leaf clover) but I am trustee for a club call and Ill be 
d----d if I know how to change that address.  Ive tried paper and the 
net and no go.  Lucky for me you can put additional info into the QRZ 
database to direct people to the correct address.
