[CQ-Contest] Page Correction

When I did the cut and paste for the VHF Logs Received page for the 2001
ARRL June VHF QSO Party, I inadvertently pasted the administrator's address,
where the item is actually uploaded and maintained.  That is why you are
getting back the "no authorization" message.  I apologize for the error.
