[CQ-Contest] Asia-Pacific (AP) Sprint Results

Hi All,

Summer AP Sprint results are below.  

It looks like were going to make electronic logs a requirement from next
year onwards (probably Cabrillo).  Almost everyone submits by e-mail now
anyway, and we just want to standardize the log formats for checking
purposes.  This has been long overdue, and the benefit to participants is
that we can probably have results out within a week or so after the log
submission deadline.

We'll give full details in another e-mail, and on the website.  (For those
worried about Cabrillo - TR already supports the AP Sprint, and there are
several Cabrillo converters out there. Its not a big deal).
