[CQ-Contest] prejudicial language

I hate to disagree, but ....

The majority of the members of the ARRL committee are active contesters, and 
I'm sure they are not prejudiced against contests. I think the point they 
were trying to make is that (particularly) during SSB contests on 160m the 
CW portion of the band is completely full of SSB stations. This especially 
makes little sense as most of the SSB part of the band is empty at the same 
time!
