I agree with HA1AG Zoli, that receiving and online typing QTC's doesn't =
require any vodoo magic ,only
practising. It should be done before the contest, otherwise you will be =
surprised !
Our experiment in HG6N shows , that one of the easiest way to do it =
using 'double buffering' technics.
What does is mean ?
When I start receive QTC, I don't type the received character =
immediately into the computer, but store it=20
into an 'input CW buffer' in my mind. When the CW buffer is nearly full, =
I move the received characters into the=20
'output keyboard buffer' and start typing it. The more you practise, the =
long 'CW buffer' you can use. Try with
the following sequence: Hour-Minute-Prefix-Suffix-Number.

It's not so difficult as sounds. Just think in a normal contest using =
S&P. You receive a complete call into=20
your 'CW buffer' and after that you start typing into the keybord.

The biggest fun was this year to receive a QTC from JA5... station who =
used vibroplex keyer. He sent
one or more extra 'dit' after certain characters, and about 60 % of =
items was corrected.
I hope, my 'translation' was correct.

Have fun in SSB and next year WAE CW !=20
