Ivo et al,

        I've found the following site to be very useful for doing exactly
that...I look both at 27.5 days and 55 days prior to contests:

Also this 45 day forecast is updated daily by NOAA (click on bottom .txt):

ftp://sec.noaa.gov/pub/forecasts/45DF/

        On the other hand, don't pay too much attention to forecasts...they
are often wrong.  Many times in the past two years very poor conditions 
have been forecasted on weekends that turned out to be quite good...and
likewise good conditons have been disrupted (oops...for you politically
correct guys I'll wash my mouth with soap!) by unforecasted flares!
