Yes, I work in the computer field and this one has me stumped.
Nothing like driving Chicago expressways thinking about 10m UBN stuff...
 
I think the ARRL just doesn't want the hassle of mailing them out. 
Dan N1ND had to manually e-mail my Sweepstakes UBN to me...
It is 2001, isn't it? 
Isn't this the same ARRL that's thinking of eQSLs?  

This might be like when the spouse reduces the bank 
account without explanation, hi!

it remains at least midly annoyning to me that my score can
be changed but the sponsoring body can't give me any feedback
as to why!!  i would agrue that until they can they should not
be messing with my score!
