[CQ-Contest] Ohio QSO Party Today

Today is the Ohio QSO Party, starting at 1600Z  (noon EDT).  

In addition to the multitude of Ohio home stations, we will have 5 serious 
mobile operations covering the entire state (W1NN, AF8A, K8CC, K8MR, and 
KU8E). Other mobile operations are expected.  AD8J will be taking an 
innovative approach in putting on 3 rare eastern Ohio counties.
