[CQ-Contest] Speaking of Scores/Results

I enter odd categories (7 Mhz QRP etc.), and as a result, I win a
certificate almost every year in the major DX contests.  I keep a close
track of when I receive them each year, and know about when they are due.

Only the ARRL DX contests are way behind in their certificates at this time.

The 2000 ARRL certs were due in January and February of this year, and have
not arrived.  The ARRL DX has been on time over the last 10 years I'v kept
records, and being late this year is a FIRST.  When I E-mailed Dan Henderson
at ARRL a few months back, he said he was having trouble with the people who
print them this year.  I've heard nothing since then.

The 1999 CQ WWDX contest certs are due between January and November of this
year (Quite variable!).  I have not received them yet.  So they are on the
late side, but not over due yet.

My 2000 WPX SSB cert arrived on time in June 2001.  My 1999 WPX CW arrived
in February 2001, and the 2000 cert is not due until Feb 2002.

So only the WPX is up to date and "On Time".  This is surprising, because up
to two or three years ago, they were the WORST!  ARRL is way over-due, and
WWDX is a bit late, but won't strictly be over-due until after November.
