if you are using wintelnetx as your tnc driver or for remote node access i
recommend adding the command 'rnrtime 18' to your setup script.  this is for kpc
tnc's, other types may have a different command.  this prevents a stuck user
(tnc busy, sends rnr) from backing up your tnc and then hanging up the program. 
the value of 18 gives 180 seconds for the user's tnc to clear before it gets
dropped.
