[CQ-Contest] Then again ... ?

Then again ... maybe ... just maybe ... we are seeing some NEW
BLOOD as to some ops TRYING CW out in a contest for the first
time, and if so ... let's all cut them some slack and HELP THEM to
improve their skills, and come back and try another CW contest ?

If we don't help the new ops to keep coming back and operating, then 
CW contesting is facing a serious challenge to exist in the future.
