The determination of who is a QRP log will be based upon the 
submission of these logs.  So, there is no need to send, or copy,
/Q or /QRP during the contest.  Instead, it will be necessary for
the QRP stations you work to send in a log - otherwise, you won't
get credit for the extra effort.

This does mean that you will have no idea what your final score is
until you see the results.  Actually, this has been the case all 
along anyway because of the log checking and possible recalculation
of QSO points based upon the "standard tape measure" that is used
by the log checking software.
