[CQ-Contest] SS Phone Logs

Based on a quick sampling from PVRC, there appear to be quite a few people
left off the logs-received list for 2000 SS Phone.  Hopefully, it's just a
problem with the list, rather than the logs, but contesters would be well
advised to check the ARRL web site and let N1ND know if they're among the
missing.
