Two words: Club Competition.

* If you belong to a big contest club, and you know many contest members
are casually operating the contest and using packet, you might want to
supply them with a healthy dose of spots.

* You have club members who are in engaged in a M/S or M/M, and you want
to feed them quality spots.

Two alternative reasons:

* You like to send out spots for your contest friends to help boost their
scores.

* You feel altruistic and want to feed the cluster with quality spots, so
perhaps the casual operators using the cluster might get more interested
in contesting.
