[CQ-Contest] Wanted - design for M/S Headphone intercom

Greetings:

I would like to locate a design for a station intercom which will allow two 
operators to communicate back and forth WHILE operating. 2 ops / 2 Heil 
ProSets, you get the idea.

If you have such a design (schematic) that you would consider sharing, or 
can point me to a link, I would be most appreciative.
