Log checkers have only limited time to get a contest checked so try to make
the entire process fair and without opinion.
If we don't go over the log exception reports (sometimes there is just no
time) then problems do creep in.   But the problems are not nearly
as bad as with the previous hand checking.    Everyone who worked the
suspect call got dinged...
