There are problems with downloading Adobe PDF files and at least some versions of Internet Explorer... one gets a blank or nearly blank file.

Please try a right-click "Save Target As" as well as the simple left-click on the link.  The file should be ~600kb.  If what you see/get is less (like < 1kb), you have "the problem".

If all else fails let me know and I can email the PDF directly.
