[CQ-Contest] Entry Category Clarification

There has been a couple of questions asked about the change in the old QRP
Portable Single Operator Category in ARRL VHF contests.

To clarify:  the name of the category has changed to Single Operator
Portable.   It is not a Single Operator QRP category.

Stations entering in the category must follow the previous rules:
a) 10 W PEP output or less
b) Portable power source
c) Portable equipment and antennas
d) Must operate from a location other than their permanent station location
e) Stations may not change locations during the contest period outside of
the original 500 meter diameter circle.

If you entered this category but do not meet the category criteria, your
entry will be reclassified to the appropriate category for your entry.  If
