[CQ-Contest] SK announcement

While this is not specifically related to CQ-Contest, most of you in the
Southeast US area have run across Dale Marquis WA4EZU, who was known as the
"Cap n Badge Man" out of Spartanburg, SC.  He was a familiar sight and local
hamfests all across the Carolinas, Georgia, Tennessee, Alabama and into
Virginia. Lots of us proudly sport name badges and club badges made by Dale,
who until a few years ago was also active on the air, though a casual
contester.

I received word from Dale's son this morning that Dale became a Silent Key
on Monday.  Please remember his widow Elizabeth and his children and
grandchildren in your thoughts and prayers.  Thanks!
