[CQ-Contest] NCCC Mini SS Nov.2

Hello again, Sweepstakers:

The Thursday night mini-SS was so well attended that I did not allow enough 
time (5 min.)!  Most of us rubber-clocked for up to 8 minutes.   So we'll 
do it again Friday night (PST) from  05Z to 0515Z,  near 3550 and 7050, 
regular SS exchange.

The main point of this is to check out logging software, station lashups, 
and help newcomers get used to the contest format.  It did just that for 
most of us on Thursday.  After the mini-SS, check in on 3830 for mini-war 
stories, Q&A, etc.

CU Friday  (and of course Sat/Sun in the real thing)
