[CQ-Contest] CQWW Logging Question

I want to clear up the mis-statement made below:

"Last year a few of my entries were removed from my total due to the way I
logged the call;" ..."it was marked as a unique even though I was in the
other station's log."

If it was marked as a Unique or "U" in your log report, you would not lose
credit for it.

The only QSOS that cause you to lose credit are those marked as "Busted"
with a minus B (-B) or Not in log (NIL) marked with a minus N ( -N). You
may also see B or N without the minus sign indicating that you have not lost
credit for those QSOS.

There is a misconception that credit is lost for Unique QSOs in the CQWW SSB
and CW contests but this is not the case.

There is something in the CQWW RTTY rules like this, but I'm not familiar
with those rules and they don't apply to this discussion.
