[CQ-Contest] Stealth Operating?

Hi all...

	Anyone have any information on operating stealthly... 
particularly in an apartment?  I would like to get back into operating 
and contesting... however, I am not sure what I can do here (within 
the rules).

	Any advice/info would be appreciated.
