[CQ-Contest] SS Observations (kinda long)

I couldn't agree more.  The whole point of contesting is the enjoyment of
the participants.  

I don't think radical changes are needed.  I believe it could be tweaked
to 24 hours with 6 hours off time.  This would significantly increase the
chances of my participating again next year.  As it is... just too much
boring nothingness on Sunday for me.  I'll stick with the NAQP & Sprint
where I get to work people when I tune the radio.
