[CQ-Contest] Posting packet spots in SS

There are some folks out there who, for better or worse, take SS as an SWL
contest for spotting calls on the packetcluster.

For a number of years a local here in the Cleveland area, K8ZHU, would be on
every year spotting things in SS. After phone SS he would not log onto the
cluster until the following November. I don't know if he ever actually
worked anybody. He never worked me, but then again I am usually cranking
pretty fast on CW. He never worked me on SSB.

I'm don't know who is doing it now, but the "WD8WVC" who was spotting things
last weekend is not a valid callsign in the current FCC database. I believe
that last year there was also somebody posting from a bogus callsign.

If these guys bug you about not putting the section in the remarks field,
maybe you can just post the station with the word "section" in the remarks.
