[CQ-Contest] how do youi get itemized reports of score reductions?

How do I get an itemized report of QSOs lost/penalties for ARRL contests?

I am sorry to have to ask here, but I fished around on the ARRL web site for
a while, and I tried a few search strings on the cq-contest archives, but I
didn't see anything.

While I am at it, what about CQ contests?
