The freeware program Soundblaster DVP (SBDVP) works with
TR.

SBDVP audio comes from the sound card, so you can either make your
own
interface or buy one of these boxes to get the audio to the rig.

Hi Kelly (and others)

I use a software called Writelog by W5XD (www.writelog.com ). It has a
built-in feture that allows using your sound card as a voice keyer. You
simply plug in the microphone in the mic-input of your soundcard and connect
a cable from your line-out, through a audio transformer into the rig, then
you're ready to go. Just need to push shift+F1 to program the CQ.

Writelog by the way is a astonishing software, most of the contests are
supported (more than TR or CT) and it's windows based so you can really play
around with it, just to fit you. I guarantee you great success in contest
with this setup.
