George,
Although you've been a gentlemen about this, I have no doubt you're
referring to WD8WVC who was acting like "spot god" all weekend. He would
do idiotic things like spell out NH as Nueva Hampshire, so he has no reason
to harrass you.
Its also interesting that WD8WVC does not show up in the FCC database.
So whoever this person was, is a coward as well, to use a phony callsign...
