[CQ-Contest] succeeding on a budget/W4AN

I was just searching the NCJ anthology (available on CD ROM from ARRL) for a 
circuit we published in 1981 to match 50 ohm coax to CATV hard line. In my 
trip down memory lane, I was reminded that The NCJ was historically packed 
with "on a budget" articles, helpful hints and techniques to make silk purses 
from sow's ears. If you don't have a set of CD's, I highly recommend you 
acquire them.
