[CQ-Contest] CQ Phone Test.

Hello Doug:

It seems to me that everyone needs to make that decision for themself.
Obviously, avoid doing patently stupid things; don't wear your "I Love
America" tee-shirt, keep a low profile, and do your best to stay out of
harm's way.

I doubt if any would-be terrorists know the CQ WW DX Contest even exists,
and thusly couldn't care less, but I, for one, think that we should endeavor
to keep our lives "normal" to whatever extent possible. I fail to see any
conflict with our patriotism.

Any time you leave the safety of your home, you put yourself at some risk.
Do we just never leave home?

I've been on six airplanes during the last 10 days, and have never felt
safer flying, and I average probably 200,000 miles per year.

Our lives will probably not be the same for a very long time to come. But
I'm at least trying to find some distraction and normalcy by heading for
Brazil in 2 weeks, and the WW SSB contest.

And I hope to hear V26B too. Travel safe, my friend.

Jim Neiger
N6TJ (ZW5B in the contest).
