[CQ-Contest] IC775DSP bad keying ANY SUGESTION ?

Drago,

I think a solution is a capacitor across the key line. Start with 1000pF
and increase capacitance until the keying is proper. 

This is a common problem with Icom (and some Kenwood) rigs.
