I am personally delighted to hear Pete opt for time with family as more important than contesting.  I have abbreviated my participation in the past four years for the same reason, I only see my son a few days a year, mostly at Thanksgiving.  

I have not heard one valid reason the contest cannot be relocated. It is time to do so and I challenge CQ to do it.
